Transaction in the water treatment sector
We are delighted to announce that DLK Technologies SA is joining the EnviroChemie Group. The shareholders of DLK Technologies have appointed akompani SA as advisor for the sale of their business, to lead the European-scale search for potential buyers and to oversee the entire transaction process.
We collaborated closely with the owners of DLK Technologies, guiding them through every facet of the sale process, from formulating the succession strategy to finalizing the deal.
EnviroChemie is an international leader in water technology and is particularly renowned for its innovative solutions. DLK Technologies is a recognized player in the field of industrial water treatment and the recovery of precious metals from wastewater.
Transaction in the semiconductor sector
We are delighted to have acted as lead advisor on the merger between Holfitec Holding SA and the TELTEC Group, creating Europe's largest family-owned semiconductor distributor.
Holfitec manages several leading semiconductor distribution companies, notably in France, Italy, Switzerland and Singapore. In the absence of an internal succession, Holfitec's shareholders mandated akompani SA to ensure the continuity of their activities under new ownership.
We developed several scenarios with strategic players and investment funds across various European countries. In the end, the takeover by TELTEC GmbH, based in Germany, proved to be the best option.
TELTEC is now Europe's largest family-owned distributor and provider of value added services in the semiconductor sector.
Retrospective 2022
During the past year, akompani SA has been mandated by several independent SMEs to advise them on a minority, majority or a complete transfer of their share capital.
We have been active across multiple economic sectors: international distribution of semiconductors, watchmaking, services based on blockchain technology, and metallurgy.
Akompani will announce several new transactions over the next 12 months. As has been our practice since 2017 and for reasons of confidentiality, akompani ony reports transactions that have been subject to a communication by our clients.
New reference transaction
Swiss Energy Holding has acquired a majority stake in Jubin Frères SA, which owns one of Europe's largest independent networks of petrol stations and shops.
We assisted the Jubin family in finding a strategic shareholder to accelerate and consolidate their growth. In collaboration with BCMS, akompani supervised each step, from the creation of the Investment Memorandum to the Closing, including the identification and competition of dozens of potential partners on an international scale.
akompani was given the exclusive mandate to manage all financial aspects leading to the success of the transaction.
